Sarah Thoren Home approaches all projects with the same ethos: “Maximize the potential of the space you have.”
Sarah believes a true collaboration begins with listening to her clients’ aesthetic preferences, functional
needs, timelines and budget. With projects ranging from a cottage in Westchester, New York, to a vacation
home on the island of St. John, to a getaway in North Carolina, the firm works on projects both large and
small.
Sarah’s passion for design began when she worked at her family’s interior design boutique in high school.
After college, a degree in Fashion Merchandising led her to Jones of New York, where she developed a deep
understanding of color and textile theory, production processes, and project management. After taking a
career break to raise her three children, Sarah returned to her true love, and founded Sarah Thoren Home.
